Prawn Mee

Husband said he had craving for prawn mee.I liked the prawn mee stall at Upper Thomson Longhouse.Decided to give it a shot and try making it myself.Who knows,mine might be tastier than Longhouse's,haha.

Ingredients:
10 grey prawns
2 pieces Fried fish cake
200g lean meat,sliced
Kang kong
Mee Kuning(Thick yellow Mee)

Garnish:
Spring onion sliced
carrot shredded

Soup base:
4 cups Water
100g Dried Shrimp
2 tablespoon Sugar
3 pieces cut Chilli
Sprinke Pepper("agar"ation)
2 tablespoon light Soy sauce
4 pieces Dried scallop
Fried shallot
Garlic
Red Onion

Procedure:
1)Fry onion,garlic
2)Put in grey prawns
3)Put in 4 cups of water
4)Put in all other ingredients for soup base
5)Put in fried fish cake,lean meat
6)Put in mee
7)put in vege
