Fried Laksa Rice and Yong Tau Foo SoupPosted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 10 May 2007 in Food & Cuisine. My first attempt at this strange dish!I remember when I was preggers with Caleb,I always had craving for Auntie Jenny's laksa from my school canteen's stall No.4.I could eat it everyday!But I couldn't stand the sight of it when i had Ian,anyway when i had him,whatever i ate came out in merlion style within 5 minutes..:p The difficult part of this rice is the broth used to cook the rice;you will need: Cook the above together and set aside Stir fry shallot and garlic Maybe Caleb will like it since i took so much laksa when he was in my womb!:)
