Tyan's Honey Garlic Pork Chop

Posted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 18 May 2007 in Food & Cuisine.

I quite like the hawaiian pork chop at Cafe Cartel..I thought today i could try my own style of pork chop.

Very simple, you can try this at home:
Marinate the pork chop for at least 30 minutes with
Honey
Garlic chopped
Onion chopped
woichester sauce

Preheat oven to 190 degree celcius and bake the chops for 15 minutes

Vege:
Stir fry broccoli, carrot in abalone sauce

Potato wedges
Follow instructions on the packet.
Mine took 10 minutes,210 degree celcius in my oven

Felt really tired after preparing this dinner.Think I wont be cooking for a while after we end the nanny's services. After all,i gotto remember I don wear a cape and my underwear outside.:)

Am stuck in office today (Sat)!!! Got openhouse...wonder how many incoming students would actually come down to see the openhouse.
Are you prepared to take care of the 2 kids all by yourself?
