Caleb turns 2!

Today is Caleb's 2nd birthday.It's strange but it feels as if he has been with us for a loooong time.We had a 'party'(consisting of daddy,mommy,caleb and ian!) for him at Botanical Gardens,with a Barney theme.Barney flags hung at the tree,Barney balloons and Barney caps which he pulled out from our heads.

More importantly we had a Barney cake!Which he plunge his hands into the moment he saw it and much later accidentally(I think!)stuck his shoe into a part of the cake...sigh,wanted to distribute the cake but looks like we have to eat the whole cake by ourselves now!

By his bedtime,he couldn't forget about his cake,kept saying,"Barney cake?"

This shot was taken after he blew the candles.He spent some good moments deciding whether to pluck out the candles.

Anyway,the party was quite a mess after he dived into the cake.Will have to wait till we get home to open his presents!:)

That's so cool...birthday party at the gardens. How many people were there? Do tell me more about the arrangements. Probably will think of this when Keziah turns 2 next year. Now come to think of it, the age gap btw Keziah and the little one will be about the same as your two little ones.

@Joan: hehheh...a huge crowd=my hubby,my 2 boys and me...(they say Three's a crowd mah!)only for of us at the 'party' lah..had a real one for him when he turned one,invited friends but this year too tired to plan big scale.i just boughtbarney party novelties and deco to decorate the spot we were at and make it look like party,haha!Caleb ran all over the place chasing balloons and was so sweaty and dirty we din stay long.And of course he ran his foot into the cake!

yup my boys are 20 months apart.i f u have help good,if not will be stressful like the predicament i am in now.haha
but girls i heard are easier,so don worry!:)

Wah so nice...reminded me of my own bd celebrations when i was abt 5 :)
anyways abt the museum shots - aiyah they not so nice lah to show lah...that time i took it was trying out my other camera...also have to think how to fit in in to current theme :)
ok if i ever go and take pix in the museum will post some shots here if they turn out cool! :)

When we sang Caleb the birthday song he was grinning...not sure if he knew what was happening though..Sure brings back memories ay?I never had a cake till my friend bought me one when i was pri 5!:p

OMG!!! Caleb is 2 already!! my gosh.. time flies.. can still remember when we celebrated his first birthday last year.. shall the beauties meet up soon?? gosh.. miss caleb and ian and of course their pretty mom

Happy Birthday Caleb!! Its very thoughtful of you and Law to plan such a memorable party for Caleb, whether or not he is aware of the effort! Good reminder to me do the same next time for our little one :) Still trying to think of the chinese name... hee..
