Ian TurnerPosted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 28 June 2007 in People & Portrait. Ian has reached one of his milestones,he has started to 'flip'!(last week,to be exact) I remembered a lady commenting why some mothers go so 'gaga' over wanting to be there to witness their children's 'firsts'.She said, well, you get to see it when u come home from work anyway,so whats the big fat difference man? I don't know about you but it sure feels good to have the first kiss, the first ride on the ferris wheel, watch the first rays of dawn...isnt it?

kairospix from Singapore, Singaporehurray for Ian!!! yes - firsts are always special in a way and i'm sure you felt it too when you saw him turn i like this shot with him looking striaght inot the camera and his expressions which seem to say, "Hey mommy look! I turned all by myself!" there'll be more firsts for him (and Caleb) as he gains more and more of his independence... i guess something you and Law will both see with joy and yet at the same time need to learn to slowly let the string go as Ian and Caleb grow to become independent individuals... not easy... do pray for wisdom... just prayed for you and Law 28 Jun 2007 5:08am @kairospix: thanks a lot my friend!appreciate your prayers! at this point i just wish Caleb and Ian never grow up,haha!:) {H} creatives from Santa Clara, United States"...whats the big fat difference man?" - they just don't understand... Isn't this just precious, tyan? You know what I mean?...yup, you would understand. B-) Keshia said "how cuuuuuuutte". B-) Pls send regards to Law and the boyz. 28 Jun 2007 6:20am @{H} creatives: thanks for popping by dude, even though (i presume) u must be very busy! After been a full time working mom and now a stay at home mom,i begin to see how much i missed out when i worked.[personal opinion here, everybody.]of course i get my fair share of frustrations, facing them whole day and doing seemingly menial housechores, over and over again with no promotion nor bonuses in sight, and people not giving way when they see a tired mother with a babe in her sling and a cranky toddler in a pram at the train station and lifts;but there are also many happy times we share which money cannot buy.Law was just telling me how he felt that he doesnt seem to see much of the kids when he worked, and that if i had worked too,we are probably leaving most part of parenting to somebody else.We escape the 'frustrations',but we would have missed out on their milestones and childhood too. thanks for your encouragement.we send our hello to Linda and Keshia too! Nancy from SingaporeAre u looking forward to Ian crawling? The 2 boys will have lotsa fun together...and before we know it, they'll be running and chasing each other and perhaps, driving the mummy up the wall! :p 28 Jun 2007 9:58am @Nancy: hi babe, not really.I hope he stays this way.Dont grow any further!Caleb is ALREADY driving me up the wall.Just today i brought them to CP sold storage. He made a nuisance of himself.Mummy very embarrassed, haha!
