Sotong FlowerPosted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 3 July 2007 in Food & Cuisine. Saw this interesting 'flower' from the recipe book that my ex students gave. Did not really follow the recipe on the book, just 'followed my heart' and came up with something that looked like what was on the book.:) So,Jinhao,Zhijian,Zeng Siong,Jiaxin,ZanJun and Wenying, this is for you!:) Ingredients Clean and wash the squid, cut into halves. Bake at 130 deg c for about 10 minutes/when cooked.
