Saw this interesting 'flower' from the recipe book that my ex students gave. Did not really follow the recipe on the book,just 'followed my heart' and came up with something that looked like what was on the book.:)
So,Jinhao,Zhijian,Zeng Siong,Jiaxin,ZanJun and Wenying,this is for you!:)
Ingredients 2 Sotong(squid) Minced meat marinated in light soya sauce and sesame oil
Clean and wash the squid,cut into halves. With each half,snip half of it into 'petals' as shown in the pic Stuff minced meat into the squid
Bake at 130 deg c for about 10 minutes/when cooked.
Looks too good to be eaten! :)

This looks yummy! Wow...a double treat for Law B-) LoL. No worries about not replying - I had thought you guys went on another family holiday (it's holiday week here in US 'cuz of 4th of July). Hope you, Law are recuperating from the flu...and sent prayers for the boyz so that they can weather this one quickly.
