I love sunflowers

My sister made a very nice bouquet of sunflowers and this purple flowers that looked a bit like forget-met-nots for me ,my sis said the purplish flowers's name sounds like ederweiss.Anyone has any idea?:)
I actually like to keep flowers people give me,so after one or two days upon receiving,i'll dry them and put them aside.But flowers like sunflowers and tulips don't look good upon drying so i take pictures as a momento.This is taken on the stairway at my parents' place,with lots of sunlight..:)

I love this colour combination tyan, and I love the way that you've kept the stairs in the photo, it adds a nice touch.
Sorry, not sure what the purple flowers are, but they are very pretty :)
