Babies' Food(6-8mth)Fish, potato and spinach pureePosted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 2 September 2007 in Food & Cuisine. Preparation time: 10 minutes I large potato,(300g),chopped coarsely 1) Place potato and the water in small saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil,uncovered,untl potato is tender; strain potato over a small bowl 2) Return liquid to same pan with fish and spinach; boil, uncovered, until fish is cooked through. Drain. 3) Push potato through sieve into small bowl. Blend or process fish and spinach until smooth; stir fish mixture and the extra water into potato. TIPS Freeze any unused puree in 1-tablespoon batches in ice-cube trays, covered, for up to a month. Make sure any skin and bones have been removed from fish before cooking. Well - none the less i will say if you can get some good soil you could grow it beside a SUNNY window in the house - JUST make sure to have a very strong stick for it to grow beside & you tie it up as it grows - some tomato plants get VERY BIG and VINE like - although they dont wrap around things for themselves... you have to tie them. 2 Sep 2007 3:37pm Shrig from New Jersey, United StatesI'm coming over to your house for dinner.
