Thank you so much dear friends, for your very kind encouragement at my blog. Even if you did not leave a comment,i am happy to have you visit.:)

What's for dinner?

Had this Beef with green capsicum dish at Hans one day and thought i should try making it myself one of these days.

What goes in:
Beef sliced
1 knorr beef cube
1 large yellow onion
2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 green capsicum,sliced/squared
1 ginger,sliced
(i added Enoki Mushroom, because Hub likes it)

Fry the ginger, capsicum, onion and mushroom, for 30 seconds, then add the beef fry for not more than 2 minutes.

Sweetcorn eggdrop Soup:
1 can of sweetcorn kernels
chicken stock
minced meat
2 eggs

It looks so good, except for the beef (I'm vegetarian)... I'd add instead a red pepper for color and otherwise call it good.
Oh, wait, we're not talking food! Your photo! Your photo is wonderful, colorful and grand.

Wow, mmmmmmm!! This is first-class yummy tummy food, dear babe! Especially good for tummies like ours that are recovering from a cold bug! I love dishes with ginger, onion and capsicum in them!! And that scrumptious warm soup is a God-send for days like these ones we’re having here now with the weather turning chilly and so windy!! Thanks so much for sharing this, dear tyan. :)
