Peach Tort and Dutch Ham & Apple Pie

Posted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 19 October 2007 in Food & Cuisine.

Thank you very much dear friends for such kind words of encouragement on my baked champignon yesterday! I felt really touched by them. I am not sure about writing a recipe book, because there are just too many good cooks out there!lol, but thanks, you made my day!

And if i ever write a recipe book,i probably will invite my dear sister to join forces.

My sister got into some kind of baking frenzy over the weekends and i have been very fortunate to be at the receiving end of a positive externality, lol.

But of course, she always lovingly remembers me whenever she bakes and last weekend, she made Peach Tort(left of picture) and Dutch Ham & Apple Pie. We had it for one tea,and one takeaway breakfast while we queued outside the pediatrician's clinic last Monday. How nice!;)

Recipes another day!

hey tyan--how goes it my oven-expert friend--hope you and yours are O.K..
I must agree with most of your buddies on am3--an on-line recipe book would be cool...
however, I would have to be chief taster, before publishing*-)))))
cheers--Unclebilly
