I was saying that i shifted in with my parents while Law goes for in-camp reservist for a few weeks,so one day i went for lunch with mom and dad we went to this Jai Thai Cafe near their place. They served authentic thai food which was delicious, and true blue Siamese-grown coconuts, soft and tender flesh with sweet and quench thirsting juice. Yumms!

I laugh at myself and my thinking now.. at first glance of your picture i thought it was an abstract bird you made from found objects. Now as i read your commentary i understand - mmmm coconut - yum. I've never had coconut like that tho. I've had it where you poke a couple of holes in it drain out the juice & then crack the whole thing with a hammer to eat the inside, for i remember it being much tougher to eat from the shell than what yours looks like.

Wow! I've never seen coconut like that, the only ones know are the ones Rabbit describes, it looks and sounds delighful. I love coconut, especially they way it is used in Thai food.

Thank you for your concern about my bruises they are healing well :)

It is thoroughly mouth-wateringly yummy-licious indeed. Am still down with the sniffles, but methinks I’m gonna be dreaming about coconut tonight... ;)
