Last week,Hub had a day off from reservist so we went to this macdonalds that is right smack in the middle of a garden with a turtle pond. The turtles are stacking on top of one another maybe to get the sun or get a better view of life outside the pond.:)
lol! turtle stampede?

What a lovely setting, it's a great idea and obviously Caleb thinks so too. I love the way he's peering over the bar to get a better look. Adam would have gone crazy if he saw this when he was little, he would have been running around singing " hero's in a half shell, Turtle Power" from the cartoon that was popular then. LOL :D Another brilliant capture tyan :)

Wow, that is so amazing!

I think Caleb is watching that one turtle still swimming in the lower right; that's what I would have been doing, and my son, at that same age. He'd know the stack isn't going anywhere, but that one swimmer...? Great portrait of your little prince and his turtles today, tyan.

(just another quick quick note whilst elise is trying to take over the computer again! ;) ) dearest tyan, thanks so much for your very kind and lovely comments at my site today once again! i LOVE this image you've composed today too! the green colours are so soothing; the stacking of those turtles is so fascinating indeed; and i do tend to agree with VF here that Caleb is probably intrigued by the lone turtle swimming there! To borrow Mandy's words, this is indeed Absolutely Awesome!!
thank you again, dear babe, for your precious words at my site today, and your question too. i've just typed a quick quick response for you at my site. and (as has been our usual practice for such lengthy thots :) ) have copied and pasted it for you here too, so it's easier to read : " thanks so much again, dearest tyan. i always appreciate your presence here. no worries, dear babe – it’s definitely not you that prompted this griping. you are always a very dear friend! as to your question how this all started, well let’s just say more than a few well-meaning comments of mine have been deleted before at another’s am3 site (more than once or twice, actually – sometime back, but also recently), and such. never mind, i don’t really like to dwell on such things. it’s just that when it first happened out of the blue, i was surprised, as i have never considered myself a ‘spammer’-type commentor who would warrant deletion, but, well, we can never tell how others see us, right? and everybody does have the right to do whatever they want with their site. it did cause me to wonder though, whether i’d unwittingly offended one or two others as well - who may not go to such drastic measures but expressed it more subtly – without my realising it either. and i certainly wondered after that whether my sleep-deprived comments and posts are being misconstrued in ways i never intended!! weird, huh, babe? let’s just say it was for me too. almost unreal when it happened. and certainly not a thing i expected to encounter when i first joined this wonderful community, which in so many other ways has been nothing less than fantastic! and that is what i’d like to dwell on :) . but i must admit it has made me more cautious in my blogging, with a tendency to read more ‘between the lines’ rather than just assume everything’s fine and ay o.k., like i used to! sad how such things can make us ‘paranoid’, huh? i try not to be, and think i should carry on that way. i think that’s enough griping for the day! :) thank you once again, my dear dear friend, for all your care and support, and i hope i have been the same for you too (but you can always “delete” me if i’m not! lol :o) ).
