By the way, just a quick sidenote, thank you for responding to my request for photography prompts. Christmas is a great season for photography, so I'll definitely be keeping my eye out for those. :)

haha guess what - just when you shared about getting a Nikon carrying photographer to take your family photo that turned out bad - i was asked to do that yesterday by a young couple - then i thought oh no am i also going to end up taking shots that's going to look bad - i knew it was going to turn out not so fantastic because they wanted me to take a shot of them with the tall Christmas tree at Raffles City way across the traffic junction...at night - the flash on their point & shoot ain't going to reach that far!!! - the background will be poorly lit!!! - the guy said that i looked like someone good at photography - added pressure - i hesitantly said i'll try - anyway they turned out well lit but as expected the background of the tree wasn't that good - i explained that it was the flash not being able to reach that far - they smiled, thank me and left - maybe next time i should just only bring my small compact Canon G6 or S5 IS out instead of my DSLR... sigh - do leave home without it! haha
