Posted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 11 December 2007 in Food & Cuisine.

Met up with my ex colleagues and Melissa taught me a new dish when we were grocery shopping at NTUC.

Tried it and Hub likes it!

Marinate shittake mushrooms with sugar andsesame oli
Marinate chicken with dark soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce,(i added honey and garlic out of own accord) for half hour

Cook rice, when there is still a bit of water left, throw in mushrooms, chicken and chinese sausage.

Garnish with spring onion!

Dear Tyan,
Have a good holiday and try to enjoy yourself, though it's tough to have two young ones around. I've recently survived a week-long Hong Kong trip. I went there on my own with Fangyi to meet hubby there and spent the second day touring on my own with my naughty boy. Let me know your *survival* trip in your blog when u're back. :)
