Excursion @ Changi Airport

Posted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 5 February 2008 in People & Portraits.

We went to the Changi Airport today after Hub knocked off from work. The boys are still coughing, especially Ian,who made a din in the middle of last night bawling. The mystery as to why he cried remains unclear..Perhaps blocked nose, phlegm, wind, too hot, blah. But he seemed better today i hope i can have a restful night today.

We went to watch the aeroplanes from the viewing mall at Terminal 2.There are 2 layers of glass between us and the planes which is not so ideal because it doesnt give us a fantastic view of the planes plus it was a bit misty because of the weather.I think Terminal 1's viewing mall is better.

We took some pictures of the red lanterns and Caleb posing with New Year's seasonal flowers which are up for Chinese New Year on Thursday near the departure hall.

The middle picture on the bottom row is taken at the newly opened Terminal 3-the ceiling. We took the sky train and Caleb was totally wowed. We found T3 a bit empty and void of warmth, maybe because it was newly opened.
