Pear, apple and raspberry crumblePosted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 20 February 2008 in Food & Cuisine. This crumble is easy to prepare and best served hot with custard or vanilla ice cream. Makes 6 adult portions You will need: Crumble topping: To make the crumble topping,mix together the flour and salt and rub in with your fingers to resemble breadcrumbs. Stir in sugar and oats. Mix together the apples,pears and raspberries in a suitable ovenproof dish,sprinkle over the sugar and top with the crumble mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 deg/c/400F/Gas 6 for 30 minutes,by which time the top of the crumble should have turned golden brown.:)
