Tyan's alphabetapasta

Posted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 4 April 2008 in Food & Cuisine.

We went to Pasta Mania 2 weekends ago and Caleb seemed to like this particular creamy pasta that Hub ordered.

So i thought i could try making some without buying those pre-mix or canned cream.I didnt have time to search for recipes online or in books so decided to invent one.

Stock:
chicken bone(about 3 carcasses,NTUC $1-$2)
Pandan leaves
Dried Scallop
Onion chopped
Garlic chopped

Fry prawns, fishballs, minced beef(prawn and fishball cleaned thoroughly and sliced)
Pour in chicken stock
Add in full cream evaporated milk(as much as you like)
a bit of fish sauce
Add in cooked alphabet pasta
Stir together until a little gravy is left
