Happy Brother's DayPosted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 19 May 2008 in People & Portrait. Tyan's self declared holiday-happy brother's day to all! This was taken June, last year.Ian was only 6 months and packing a punch and Caleb just turned 2 then.We went Vivocity where Caleb played in the waddling pool and this was taken at some coffee place. The boys have definitely 'progressed' since then.It is no longer a 'parallel line' communication, but both of them have started interacting and playing with each other,as compared to Ian looking rather unresponsive here in the picture. This picture reminded me of a picture that my husband took with his brother when they were kids. I have not seen the picture but Hub described it-his older brother kissing my hub's tiny feet-very heartwarming and something that my hub always remembered with fondness.Hope this picture brings back fond memories for Hub and Uncle Heng. Will post one if i ever 'catch' Caleb kissing his brother's feet!:)

I can't believe you'd write so much just to encourage me. I am very touched. I know you can fully understand how I am feeling about kids, work and life. It' been pretty difficult at times. Especially when my hubby is away for 5 weeks. I miss him for being there for me. I guess I just have to pull myself together for the kids sake. So I'll come by to rant here often! haha! Hopefully that would pass the time :) BTW, I love this pic of the boys. Great display of brotherly love! Come by again soon! Do take care babe! 19 May 2008 1:22pm Ronnie 2¢ from London, United KingdomYes, yes . . there should be a Brothers' Day and all presents to go to the oldest, I say!! 19 May 2008 6:49pm Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesA really nice story; and so good that these brothers are finding each other's company increasingly fun as they both grow.
