Lotus Soup cooked my mom's way
Ingredients: Pork Ribs Raw peanuts Dried cuttlefish Lotus roots sliced Dried Scallop Water
Sorry there is no amount stated,the truth is I cannot remember,i played a start-stop game with Caleb and started pouring in the ingredients until he said STOP!
HAHA,just kidding of course!
But i really cannot remember the amount,its guesstimation!If you are keen on the soup i will make it again and measure amount this time round!
You've got me trying to imagine the taste of this, now! Yums!

Hi tyan! Did u use a slow cooker for this or u juz throw evthing into the claypot and boil? For how long?

@alivio: hi!I throw everything into pot and boil over low fire for 45 minutes.If you want,you can boil even longer.just that soup may dry up so i didnt try longer:)
eh, actually I m alivio lah. realised keyed in the wrong nick. hahaha!!! v inspired by yr recipes. thanks for sharing! I m terrible at cooking meals but I tell myself muz pick up somehow for sake of kiddos. heehee...

@bwee: haha,i think i have no talent too.Just make it look nice only,LOL.I didnt blog about how sometimes after cooking and sweating in the kitchen for an hour,the kids refused to eat what i cook.WUAH WUAH
tyan - tell me about it man... sometimes I hv no motivation to cook bcos my kiddo jus refused to eat. sigh!!!! :/
