Love,1DPosted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 24 January 2009 in People & Portrait. My ex-students came to my place yesterday to visit. I felt a lump in my throat when i saw them, because it made me miss teaching very much and of course watching them grow from 13-year-old 'tweenies' to 17-year-old young adults! I felt very touched that they bothered to come even though i am no longer teaching them and not even a 'teacher' anymore. [Thanks for coming!:)] I am one of those 'ungrateful' students who never visit their teachers, at least not at their homes! LOL They did well for their O level and are embarking on their new journeys in different schools.I wish you all the best, darlings!:) ************************************************************************************************ I am looking forward to eating steamboat at my mom's tonight, the highlight of my CNY celebrations. I really miss my mom's steamboat, which is tasty and sumptuous, especially after I got married(since the wife is to have reunion dinner on Chinese New Year eve with Husband's family as tradition). It's the best steamboat in town, until now, I still cry over not being able to eat my mom's steamboat on CNY eve.But today is eve's eve,so heck,I'll be a contented girl after tonight:)
