Butterfly Lodge: I have eyes on my backPosted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 8 June 2009 in Animal & Insect. Butterflies typically have a lifespan of 2 to 4 weeks. Some as short as a few days. But there are also migrant species which can live up to few months. One way to tell the difference between butterflies and moths is from their antennae. The former has threadlike antennae with clubbed tips, whereas the latter has antennae that can be hairy, threadlike, filamentous but never with clubbed tips. Can you see the clubbed tips on this one? ************************************************************************************************************** 《蝴蝶飞呀》
