(Dumpling)

Husband likes to eat dumplings. This is my first attempt to make dumplings from scratch, this is what they look like before going to the pot.

In case you are interested,

Ingredients:
275g chicken thigh meat
200g prawns(deshelled,deveined)
4-5 thin slices ginger
2-3 tbsp Spring onion
1 tbsp Abalone/Oyster sauce
1 egg

Process these in food processor.

Wrap 1.5 teaspoon of stuffing with wonton wrapping(made of wheat and flour)

You'll see the finished product tomorrow!

Is there a difference in taste between using minced chicken breast vs minced chicken thigh? I always use minced pork for wantons; yet to try making shui jiao....
