饺子(完结篇)Posted by tyan (Singapore, Singapore) on 30 June 2009 in Food & Cuisine. This is the finished product,from yesterday. The holidays has ended so my weeks are packed again. I just realised making dumpling is quite a good idea in terms of convenient cooking, as i wrapped them during weekends,freeze them, and just take out and cook on weekdays. To make the soup: Boil the chicken and pork in water,simmer for about half an hour. Can be eaten as a meal itself,with noodles or rice.
