This is the finished product, from yesterday.

The holidays has ended so my weeks are packed again. I just realised making dumpling is quite a good idea in terms of convenient cooking, as i wrapped them during weekends, freeze them, and just take out and cook on weekdays.

To make the soup:
1 litre of water
1 tomato diced
half cucumber diced
2 pieces chicken carcass
about 300g prok soft bones
1 knorr chicken stock cube
Spring onion for garnish

Boil the chicken and pork in water, simmer for about half an hour.
Cook the dumplings for about 3-4 minutes
Add in tomato, cucumber, another minute or two,
Garnish with spring onion
Serve while hot

Can be eaten as a meal itself, with noodles or rice.

This looks and sounds delicious, Tyan.
We don't eat much hot food in the summer, so I made some gazpacho the other day (cold vegetable soup), and it was delicious!
