Ion Orchard

Thank you everyone, for your warm wishes on my getting the driving license! It felt like a huge stone rolled off my back. Husband was very generous to let me drive the car yesterday from our place to Kovan. He almost got a few ''heart attacks'' but it was a nice ride. I felt like i found new independence! Ha.. Now i have to build up my confidence on the road and learn parking without poles,LOL. For now, I'll just master the routes to Caleb's school and Husband's workplace.

I brought the boys to Orchard Road, one of the most challenging places for pram users, because I wanted to see if i could get any bargain books from Borders. We didnt get any books but it was a lovely outing. Major revamp done to this place, Ion being one of them. I was just thinking what a hard time cleaners will have trying to clean all the glass. Or maybe they don't bother cleaning them?

Wow! Thanks for this pic. I have not seen the place at all. I think by the time I get back to SG, a lot would have changed. Anyway, congrats once again on your driving and I hope things will just get better and better for you after this! Love & blessings!

@Sue: Don't worry babe,even though i stay in Singapore,i hardly can recognise Orchard Road now!There is this major revamp and many buidling have been torn down and new ones are built in its place:)

Before you know it, you'll be so used to it, that you won't even think of it, it's like breathing...lol and I love this photo, the lines the b&w, it's really spectacular, and I'm so glad you always have your cam with you ;)
