Thursday is our 'Science Day'. I saw this Science experiment on the internet that helps kids to see that two colours combined can make a new colour.

What you need:
Food dye-Red,yellow and Blue
A cup of milk
A round shallow bowl
2 drops of dish soap

Pour the glass of milk into the bowl
Drop the food dye,red yellow and blue at twelve o clock, four o clock and eight o clock respectively
Dont shake or jiggle the bowl.
Drop 2 drops of dish soap in the centre
THe colours will start to run and a rainbow will form

Red+yellow=Orange
Red+blue=Purple
Blue+yellow=Green
